The hotel is clean, toiletries and pjs were provided. They have free drinks and food in the restaurant are delicious and affordable. Concierges were hospitable and helpful.

Top notch. Large rooms, close to peace park. Rooftop bar you should check out at least once.

We had a two twin room for three people (40s, 18, 12), so it was a bit tight. This was perhaps due to my misreading the room layout, or the room layout being a little thin on details. The hotel was nice and fresh, with quick and roomy elevators. The check-in procedure seemed odd - I was pressed (via email) to pre-register, but then when I arrived staff walked me through using a machine to check-in. Not awful, just strangely redundant. The location was perfect for getting to the Peace Park, museum and the Hondori Shopping arcade, so this outweighs any of our odd moments.

Really good location for the Peace park and other amenities, staff very helpful, Breakfast was the best we had in our stay in Japan and very well worth the cost. Roof garden and a free welcome drink was a nice touch. Easy to get to the hotel via bus from Hiroshima station.

Overall hotel was ok, bathroom needed to be more clean

On the plus side, this hotel is in a great location and the price is good. I would have been upset if we paid anything more for it though. We stayed three nights and we didn’t sleep a full night any one of them. We couldn’t get the thermostat or fan to cool the room sufficiently — and I’m not sure they were even trying to cool the hallways. They were so muggy and hot. In addition, our room setup was not workable. The room had three beds, two chairs, and three narrow pedestal tables in it, and everything was crammed in so tight that there was no place to put our three carry-on pieces of luggage. Just to function in the room, we had to move the beds together into one large bed and move the tables together along the side to place our luggage on top. And because this meant that there was no way to easily change the sheets (and we didn’t want to inconvenience or confuse the super sweet cleaning lady), we just put “do not disturb” on the door and did without the daily room cleaning. Nicely, the room was clean when we arrived. The room had very old and stained carpeting, but I was okay with that. We are not luxury travelers, and for the price, I didn’t expect it to be fancy. I appreciated that the surfaces were all clean and the bedding well washed. But overall, if I were to go back to Hiroshima, I would pick a different hotel.
