Our stay was five stars. The hotel is gorgeous. Staff were wonderful, rooms were beautiful and clean. The location is excellent and close to everything, yet quiet at night. Highly recommend.

Really well located hotel and very quiet despite being so close to town. Staff were extremely helpful when we had a maintenance issue that was resolved same day.

Excellent location in San Sebastian, but staff speaks limited english, and the value for the money spent is not there, although probably a situation with most hotels in the city. Plain room, thin sheets, no extra blankets in the room (but provided once asked).

This georgeous hotel was a delight. The lobby was spectacular. The staff incredibly helpful. Breakfast buffet delicious and just 2 blocks from a beautiful sandy beach. Not one complaint

A lovely modern hotel in a great location. The staff at the front desk could not have been more helpful and went above and beyond when one of our party was sick and needed medical assistance. Thank you! My only small gripe is the lack of shade provided in the pool area. It was exceptionally hot when we visited and once half a dozen people were up on the roof there was no shade available so the space was not very useable for anyone else.
