Loveddd this hotel even though I was only there for one night. Everything was clean, great location, helpful staff. Would stay again.

Clean room, close to amenities. Room downstairs to relax with coffee and water. Game in this area was noisy when used and disturbed the ambiance of the room. Only downside was wash/dry machine stinks- clothes never dried, barrel of machine full of water. Laundry nearby was used.

We absolutely loved this hotel. It’s minutes from Kyoto train station on foot. It has a lovely lounge area and truly wonderful staff. Highly recommend!

The coldest air conditioning of the 4 hotels I stayed at during my week in Japan. The staff was friendly and spoke English making check in easier. Overall clean facilities. The laundry was a bit more expensive than the other hotels.
