I ended up getting the breakfast with my booking and the food was really awesome. They had quite a bit of variety. They also had maccha lattes that you could get for breakfast, which I got every time!

Amazing staff who were able to answer every and any question thrown at them!! Really great location near to kyoto station and the loop bus stop!! Very comfortable room and bed! Really enjoyed my stay here!

The staff were polite and helpful with our check in as well as questions we had regarding shipping our luggage to our next hotel in Tokyo. The breakfast was delicious every day!

The staff was so helpful and there was no language barrier because they had resources to communicate effectively with out of country guests. I would pick this stay over a corporate stay any day. Loved it...highly recommend

Breakfast was good. It's across the train station so a 5 min walk. It is located in a neighborhood which I enjoyed walking around. The bathroom is small and the toilet is low. This is especially difficult to move around for my husband who is 6' tall. There are onsite washers and dryers which made our stay comfy..
