地點非常理想，就在南灣入口對面，公交車站好近，幾間餐廳亦很近。

නියමයි Nice place. The pictures are accurate. You get a nice view of the ocean. Plenty of sunlight as well. The staff were very nice. I was there on new years eve and we were able to go to the roof to see the fireworks.

The street noise was very loud, though having a room on the top floor. During the night you could also hear the traffic, we had to close the windows. Because the air condition was very loud, we did not turn it on, it was far too hot in the room.
The photos did not show the reality, the hotel was quite run down. It urgently needs renovation. The price was far too expensive for what we got.

The room was nice and the view was good. It is conveniently located. I liked that it was quiet. My only complaint was that the room was too hot and it seemed to be controlled by central air (no remote or controller in the room). Breakfast is not provided.

This is a great place to stay at South Beach. Clean rooms very friendly staff. Right across the street from the beach. Family owned and operated. You are right on the main road but road noise was not bad.

Great service from the lobby staff, and the room was very nice for the price. The ocean view from the fourth floor open to all guests is a huge bonus. Would highly recommend this property to others

The place is just across South Beach, one of best sand beach in Kending. The staff are friendly. The place is clean and nice. Got a shared rooftop that can see the beach.
