Secret Patio Lisbon

Room looked like it wasn’t even vacumed, pool was so dirty it could be used and the repair they promised never happened, the rooftop bare was non existing. No outlet in the room was properly in the wall, no aircon so the room got crazy warm and more people had open doors to try to get colder air in.

This hotel could have been a wonderful place but it was not! To enter the hotel alley you have to go through garbage bins. The roof top is closed and looks like it was a while ago and is definetly not on its way to reopen soon! The pool was was blurry green …meaning the pool is really not clean or chlorine enough. In the rooms there are patches on the walls. The rooms were « ok » regarding the cleanliness of the bed but the rest of the hotel was dirty and not well maintained. On Hotel.com this hotel gets a score of 8,6…for me this hotel should be scored at 4,0 we booked this hotel for the rooftop and pool and could not use any off those. I reco the hotel management to remove the pictures of the roof top on the website, otherwise this is misleading info.

Deixei aviso de limpeza porque precisava de toalhas limpas, mas após horas fora do hotel, retornei e não tinham nem limpado e nem trocado as toalhas.

For travelers looking for a well-maintained place to stay while you tour Lisbon, this is an amazing and very affordable place to stay. Just the basics - clean room, bed, bathroom, but very attractive courtyards and lounges to spend time in. Close to all major attractions, yet you get a good feel for living in a Lisbon neighborhood. For breakfast, I recommend "Dear Breakfast" just around the corner from the hotel.

Helpful and accommodating staff, and the location is very central and convenient. The room was cleaned daily, which we appreciated. However, the bathroom felt outdated and could have been maintained better — there was noticeable mold, dust, and cleanliness issues. The slow drain was especially frustrating during our stay. We also noticed that the toilet did not seem thoroughly cleaned from previous guests. It’s a good idea to bring your own disinfectant wipes or cleaning supplies.

Very nice staff. Great breakfast served around the courner. Close to cool restaurants and bars.

Great location and lots of open space to use and enjoy. I stayed in the Deluxe Room, which was very spacious and had lovely views of the city. Staff were friendly and helpful.
