Everything meets our expectation for a 5-star hotel. One thing that is even exceeding our expectation is the staff; they are outstanding. They really try their best to make our stay there memorable. A special appreciation to Djoni and other front office staffs that were trying hard to get and to give us the information about the local festivals at that time - the information that we were not able to find online. Thank you.

This is a PERFECT resort. It has beautiful facilities (villas, swimming, gazebos, restaurant), delicious food (Indonesian, Japanese, and Western), and perfect service. It is in a beautiful location just outside Ubud. It is a quiet, relaxing, and elegant resort.

Outstanding place. Perfection in a beautiful environment. As an improvement as the resort is a bit far from Ubid would be to make the dining experience more diverse, like babi guling, or other festive dishes to discover bali and Indonesian delicacies. Also, having yoga lessons would be great instead of just the nice breathing exercises.
