No toilet paper or soap in the bathrooms. We were told that they provide neither and to use tissue paper for the bathroom. The check in process was annoying and frustrating all done via a website that we had to QR scan to get to so there was no kiosk as the instructions mentioned.

Great location - MRT and the night market are within walking distance. The Self check in/out was easy. The room was equipped with the drinking water, tea/instant coffee, bathroom essentials and disposable slippers. My suggestion for improvement was about the floor carpet of which was old and stained.

While this is mostly a self-service facility, the staff were very helpful getting us checked in after a long flight.

Room was fine. It did not look like what was advertised. Self check inn didn’t work so had to keep running outside to the phone at the front of the building to get checked in. Good location to the night market but thankfully only stayed one night. Would not have stayed long term.
