Except reception staff everything else was terrible, they were helpful. Food was not good, terrible rooms. Looks 5 star in pictures but actually it is in poor condition.

This hotel lost my reservation. I had to find another hotel. Then they gave me a dirty stinky room. The kitchenette had dirty dishes in the sink. The pool is old and rundown. I was never so glad to leave a hotel. Absolutely in the top 2 worst hotels ever. Please post this

They did not drop off or pick up from, to airport as booking said because they said we left earlier than their normal operated time-we have to go to the airport at 6:30am but their driver start at 8:00am

e paid extra for a sea view room but were put in a room looking directly from not a water tower. The location is excellent right on the beach with an amazing pool view. Breakfast is average as is the service of the rooms and one of the days our room was not done at all. Probably a worldwide 3 star hotel but a wonderful position.

The room is big and clean, bathroom also is big with nice equipment. The swimming pool with the sea view is amazing! Spa service so comfortable and relax! I think the restaurant need to improve, breakfast buffet just have a little of hot dishes.

I liked most about their private beach and the swimming pool. They were very clean. Breakfast buffet was another plus point. I just didn’t like the room. It wasn’t clean or nice as it showed in the pictures. The location was great though. It was close to every where, and we used cabs as our transportation (I used MaiLinh app, it’s just like Uber app here.) Overall, I will book a different hotel to stay and pay extra if I have to if I ever come back to Phu Quoc again.

I did not like this property at all. Very bad service. Manager doesn't know what she was doing or cared about her guest. The rooms are not good from the pictures. Low class and not worth the money. The pool area is decent otherwise i would not come back or recommend to my friends/family
