We arrived about 12:15 after midnight. I called the hotel who told me a shuttle would be there in 25-30 minutes. When it got there, 35-40 minutes later, it was full and the driver said this was his last trip for the night. Called the hotel again and they told me they would reimburse a taxi which would be on the 1st level. All 4 of us went to the 1st level; my wife, mom & dad (89 & 90 years old) Taxis are only on the 2nd level. Had to go back up to the 2nd level. Took more than an hour to get to the hotel. Room was fine. Breakfast was fine. Getting to the hotel was not!

Friendly staff very helpful in getting us a taxi to the cruise port and gave us directions to travel around town by bus. Nice to have the shuttle service pick us up from the airport and take us to the hotel. Good breakfast

The room was ready early, and we were allowed to check in, which was a great help. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was accommodating. The breakfast was fresh and temperature-appropriate. The airport shuttle was a great help...timely and efficient.

Check your room ac filter. Ours was very dirty. Wish there was a separate hotel shuttle to Canada Place. Get a Costco membership before your stay. It’s right across the street. Cheap fast food is available. Hotel staff were truly excellent. They even provided free distilled water upon request. Breakfast was great. Plenty of food/drink choices. Room was also great. Room service provided every other day. Landsea Tours will pick you up in front of hotel. Overall - great room and staff. Highly recommend staying here.

Hôtel très bien situé, près de la station du sky train avec service de navette vers l'aéroport. Les chambres sont propres, le déjeuner très bien et le personnel très amical.

The room was very clean and up to date. Our bed was comfortable and the climate control worked perfectly. Breakfast options were plentiful and the food was great. Highly recommend.
