Airport shuttle was easy just late in picking up from airport and the hotel. One of two elevators broken. Rooms not vacuumed as black long hair was found all over the carpets in room. Feather pillows in room when specified feather free room due to allergy. Had to ask for more towels and conditioner right when checked in as the room didnt have any.

Rooms were clean and well stocked. Staff were polite and friendly. Airport shuttle was a convenient - especially when I had to be at the airport by 4:30AM (just note you have to let the front desk know that you need a shuttle ride to the airport and they will give you the times of when they come).

Airport shuttle from the airport took almost an hour so we got a taxi instead. Going back to airport was fine. Room was nice. Bed was comfortable and shower was nice.

The room was not serviced and used make up pads found behind the garbage can in washroom. Only decaf coffee in room.

Staff were very helpful and courteous, room was wonderfully spacious and bed super comfortable. Bathroom was dated but spacious and everything worked fine, coffee pods were not good though but that is a minor detail. Great location as well as easy to grab sky train and short shuttle commute to YVR.
