The free airport shuttle made getting to and from my flight incredibly easy, and the front desk staff were welcoming and efficient upon check-in. My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet—everything I needed for a good night's rest before traveling. Great value and a reliable choice if you need a convenient spot close to YVR!"

සාමාන්‍යයට වඩා අඩු Our room the pillows were not changed and smelly. Told front desk requesting new pillow cases. Waited for over an hour. I had to called front desk again before clean pillowcases were delivered. Will never stay there again.

The hotel had great amenities (food/drinks), however, there was 2 staff working when my family and I checked in that were extremely rude, unwelcoming, passive aggressive and very unhelpful when questions were asked.
It was a very cold welcoming, and made my family and I feel very unwanted there.

නියමයි Very convenient area close to the mall and train station. The staffs were amazing.
The one i can say, the tape on the wall was coming off and the bedsheet were old with blood stains.

This was a great hotel at a very competitive price. Although it wasn't in downtown Vancouver, it was only a 10 minute walk to the Skytrain which took you right downtown. There were lots of restaurants nearby. The hotel was clean, beds were comfortable, and staff was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Vancouver.
