Keio Presso Inn Shinjuku

Stay itself was excellent! Location was just further than expected from main station.

You get what you pay for but the beds at this hotel were less comfortable than sleeping on the roadway outside.

Staff were super helpful upon arrival and hotel was very clean. Also very convenient location

We enjoyed our time here, we stayed 3 nights and it was our first stop in Japan. Room was small but that was expected, we kept our big suitcase under the bed and had our carry ons open on table & chair. Staff were very nice and check in & out was super easy. Super convenient to have a Lawson right downstairs. The only downfall was it being about a 11-14 minute walk from the Shinjuku station, it doesn’t sound too bad but after long days of many steps it was tiring. Other than that I would recommend!

The beds are extremely hard, more like sleeping on the floor. The lobby is not what's in their pictures. They took out tables and put lockers and baggage locking area. The breakfast is ok, but still not what's in their pictures. Even though they are remodeling the rooms are extremely small. In the single and twin bed rooms not even room to have your luggage open. The walls are thin you can here your neighbors, especially those who like to slam there doors or stamp the feet when they walk. The only plus side it location to Shinjuku Station about a 10 minute walk with underground walk locations a couple of blocks away. Easy walking distance to main eating and shopping area, 10-15 walk. Price wise if you're on a cheap budget it's for you, as for me I'll never stay there again. I'll stay at the Hilton or Marriott.

The room was clean but tiny - with two carry-ons there practically no room left. But I chose this hotel for the convenient location and not much else. The customer service was great.

Breakfast is not included, but you can pay for that and the price is good. had a lot of variety, mainly Asian food. Location of the hotel was excellent! 👍close to the Tokyo government building, parks and a very modern area. Also 15 min walk from Shinjuku station

The rooms were spotless, the staff was incredibly polite and welcoming, and the location is unbeatable. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

Great stay 10 minute walk to shinjuku station many places to eat safe area as well. Clean hotel very friendly staff.

The hotel is in a very central and busy location, so busy that I ended up going the long way round from the station to avoid the busy main road where hundreds of people are crossing. The room itself was lovely and freshly renovated, very compact though. Due to renovations 3 of 5 washing machines were not available during my stay and the other 2 were constantly in use so that I was not able to do my laundry which was inconvenient. The buffet breakfast is basic and you have to get there early as one day I went half an hour before last entry and some things like scrambled eggs had finished and not been replenished. There is a charge to call a taxi at the front desk so it's better to call one using Uber.
