Très belle hotel, tout est parfait, personel génial,lit confortable et literie douillet et propre, propreté exemplaire,déjeuner le matin Très délicieux en tout temps, manque jamais de rien.Je recommande sans aucune gêne. Un grand merci pour votre hospitalité !!

The reason I booked this hotel is because it has laundry after we travel a few days, but it has not laundry, you found same description on website when I showed them on my phone. Then they changed something, asked me to refresh my phone to look again, I did & found out “laundry facilities has been removed “. I have talked manager Clementina who is very rude, I told her the fact, she ask me where my evidence showing laundry facilities, i told her, I don’t have on my phone now since your staff changed. She just doesn’t want to take any responsibility with non-professional manor. I just want to report wrongdoing information on websites, she is very rude & offensive instead of honest accepting & correct it. Horrible experience made my trip unhappy due to misleading information plus terrible management. We feel we are not respected & paid money with not cared

You need to stay here when visiting Porto! The staff is amazing, very kind and helpful. The rooms are very clean and the breakfast was wonderful. Can’t say enough wonderful things about this hotel. Just exceptional!

The location of the hotel is a bit away from everything but this proved to be nice as the noise level in the city center became elevated in the evening. Wish the room was more spacious.

Great location, around the corner from Bolhao Market and Chapel of Souls. Walkable and convenient. We had a family suite for 5 and it was very comfortable. Breakfast and dining area also great with an outdoor terrace area. Friendly and clean. We loved it.
