I love this hotel so much. I am here on difficult business but the rooms are so beautiful and calming. I love this neighborhood too, it is very easy to get food at any hour. There are two MRT lines that are near here as well. The only difficulty I had in booking my trip was with the Expedia website, which for whatever reason did not allow me a stay that lasts longer than 1 week, maybe restrictions within the contract Expedia has with AMBA. I ended up figuring out that I could book a longer stay through the hotel's website, but then overseas credit card transactions are very tricky. I wonder if Expedia can do anything to extend terms with AMBA to make it easier for us US consumers to work with Expedia for longer stays at AMBA?

We had a fantastic stay here. The location was excellent, and despite being near a main road, the room was impressively soundproof, so it remained peaceful throughout. Our room was beautiful, spacious, with plenty of storage, and the large corner window made it feel bright and inviting. Having a laundry amenity was super helpful for us. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a wide range of options to choose from. Would definitely recommend dining in the restaurant in the evening as well - the food was delicious. We would absolutely love to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone, it was such a great experience.

Great hotel close to mrt stations and walkable to Taipei Main Station which provides connections to all over. Room size is very good/sizeable for Asia. Bathroom very sizeable too, with the shower having great water pressure and heaps hot water. Important after a long day touring. Beds are very comfy. Views aren't epic given the older area/location, but it doesn't matter if you're out and about. Breakfast is good too, with many selections - mostly Asian style though. Overall a great stay.
