Elegance Hotel Taipei

there is no laundry services inside of the facility. however, there are few commercial wash and dry stores not too far away (2-3 minutes of walking). I usually drop off the dirty laundry into the laundry facility, went to have breakfast and came back for folding. the staff are SUPER frindly and knowlegble about the good place(s) to eat, too see, and all the public transportation services in Taipei.

The room is clean but the faucet is kind of loose. The staff are kind and helpful but no washing machine have to go out to laundromat. Basically it's a clean nice place to stay but the hallway seem a little bit narrow.

After a 13 hour flight I had to look at 3 different rooms as all the rooms were run down. This hotel is not a hotel but rather a brothel. In my 13 days stay in this hotel there were many couples on at least 9 days who lived out their sexuality until 4 o'clock in the night. In addition, everything is so noisy that I could even hear the couple who lived 3 rooms next to me. Now to the bathroom, the edge of the sink and the rim of the toilet is full of mold. Apart from that, there is no storage space for the wash bag. I could only light the room with the room card and could only switch off the light by removing the room card. There are no food options in this hotel, poop sheets are also in the reception area. So for me this hotel is out of the question. The rooms are plain and simple, but you shouldn't look under the beds. Because there are many cobwebs and dirt from at least. 1 year before my arrival.

Very close to the station (Xihu - BR line) Looks very old..

A bit overpriced for the condition of the place. Wouldn't call it a 3 star at all, more like a 2.5 star or even less. Said free wifi provided but could barely connect to it, room is old with a moudly smell. Staff are quite nice though, and located in a very good area.

Basin tap not working as usual, slow running water but bathroom shower is excellent... Overall ok

good location, close to the MRT Metro. Close to shops, eateries etc. Hotel bed and rooms are comfortable, clean.

Nice snacks, breakfast serve to bedroom, healthy food

Service is fine, front desk very friendly. Breakfast is too simple/small though.

Convenient location: the hotel is pretty close to Xihu station. Free breakfast: sandwich and drink delivered to the room for breakfast. Staffs were friendly and the room was comfortable. The amenities feel a bit old, but felt acceptable.
