The process to get to your room is long, but the staff are super friendly. Price was right for what was described. We took our shoes off in the room as instructed, but the carpet was pretty dirty looking; a good cleaning of the carpet or a refresh with new carpet would be great. Little kitchen was nice, bathroom and shower room were nice, and the balcony was helpful for drying our clothes (there is a washer dryer combo in the room, but the drying part really doesn’t dry your clothes…You will need to lay your clothes flat in your room or hang them outside to dry). Overall, good experience.

Very accessible location with several buses just outside the hotel. Groceries stores, 7/11 and restaurants are nearby (2 mins walk). The hotel is very clean with all the basic necessities provided for bathroom, kitchen and washing machine. A very secure place to stay and ideal for families with small children.

You cannot beat the price for this hotel/apartment. It had everything we needed, was clean, and spacious...and exactly as pictured on the site. The only downside (which is very minor) is that the check-in is at a separate location, which is in walking distance of Kyoto station, which is where you will most likely be arriving anyway. The staff was SUPER kind and friendly - and they shuttle you right to your apartment/hotel suite, which is great and the building we were in was modern, clean and fantastic. This is a great find for the most reasonable price we booked in Japan.

Rooms were quite big compare to tokyo hotel. Property were clean & looks new too. Best thing is Super market,711,lawson stores just acrosss the Property as well as bus stops.

The check in was easy and the reception staff was helpful and accommodating they even provided a shuttle for us and our luggage to the hotel as it is in a different location. They will even hold your luggage if check in is not ready. Hotel room was nice and clean and a bus stop was right outside. Highly recommend!!!

Highly recommend it! The staff is super friendly and helpful, the check in process was very easy and the room was very spacious for 5 adults and a little kitchen with basic utensils and supermarket just infront of the hotel, also the bus stop is right outside of the hotel so very convenient. Would definitely stay here again

Good stay with large rooms. Plenty of restaurants and a Supermarket nearby. Although far from the centre of town the public transportation made travel super easy. Just make sure to buy an IC card at the JR station.
