The rooms are very tight. I was hard to walk around in th room as well. The room had some areas that weren't clean. Close to the train station. It about 10-15min walk.

Great place to stay. Loved having washing and drying facilities in the room. But carpet was not clean and had a lot of stains

This hotel is so amazing and very clean, and comfortable. They have everything what you need. They also have a good kitchen. And with amazing internet and cable TV. Very highly recommended.

Comfort and amenities were good and we enjoyed are stay. Fire alarm went during one of the mornings and there was no one at the front desk to provide guidance/answers. We did receive an apology letter later.

The location is wonderful. I travelled with my 11yr old daughter and we felt very safe walking around. There are a couple great restaurants within walking distance. We stayed in the Hello Kitty room. The size is fantastic, the free gifts are cute, and the kitchen and laundry facilities in your room is a great addition. My only comment is that the carpet and Dango chairs have stains on them, could use a good steam cleaning. The carpet near the lobby as well.
