櫃檯人員親切有禮，房間乾淨、新穎，交通方便，有附設停車場。可惜的是：隔音真的非常、非常差啊！

Clean, modern, spacious hotel right next to the train station (make sure you exit from the "rear station", opposite from the main exit/entrance). Staff is very friendly and helped us organize a private taxi to Taroko on very short notice. Would stay at again next time we are in Hualien!

very near the rail station,only three minutes walk.
7-11 nearby. a small supermarket nearby but without any restaurant nearby. No shops. Hotel include breakfast. traffic is not convenient, have to call taxi. Ground floor room almost without wifi. I have to go outside the room to lobby.
