Great location, within easy walking distance to Prado and many restaurants, bars, and shopping. Friendly staff, good breakfast, very clean and spacious rooms. Would definitely stay there again.

The nicest part of the hotel was the lobby - the rooms are just normal hotel rooms. The breakfast was amazing with so many options and great staff. I had a terrible smell in my room - I looked for. dead mouse or something - but finally just left the window open and it was fine. But the hallways are covered in really dark, Motel 6 kind of carpet. Really disappointing look and feel after the pretty lobby. Honestly I wouldn't pay over 100Euros for this hotel if I had to do it again.
