Aparthotel Spa del Palacete, Historic Center

තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

We enjoyed our stay overall, and the location was definitely one of the highlights. The property is conveniently situated near many attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it easy to explore the area on foot. Having a fully equipped kitchen and an in-unit washer/dryer was also a major plus and made our stay much more comfortable. The biggest downside was the air conditioning. Although it appeared to be running and we carefully followed all of the provided instructions, it provided very little cooling. As a result, the apartment remained quite warm, and we spent nights sweating and feeling uncomfortable. If you're visiting during hotter months, this is definitely something to keep in mind.

Will definitely stay here again if I go back to Malaga !

Everything about this aparthotel was fabulous except for the beds, unfortunately very hard and not very comfortable, but even that said we would definitely stay again, location, facilities, staff and service was fantastic

Good location and self check in was very easy.

Nous n'avont pas avisé que le ménage et le changement de serviette était aux deux jours. On a dû utilisé une petite serviette (seulement une pour nous deux) pour prendre notre douche. Pour le café nous en avont eux le premier jour mais ils ne nous ont pas avisez qu'il fallait en acheté à l' épicerie par la suite.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. La cuisinette nous a été très utile. Petit bémol, le matelas est assez dur et il y avait une odeur particulière dans la chambre. Sinon, tout était très propre, le personnel très agréable et l’emplacement est idéal.

The apartment was spacious, clean & tastefully decorated. There was a large closet and a safe in the room. Great shower, beautiful quality towels and toiletries included. The kitchen had everything you could need. There were a few welcome items, like coffee pods, tea, some sugar & salt packets, single use jam & olive oil packs, crackers, a muffin & water bottle. Dish soap, sponge, micfofibre cloth and a couple of dishwashing tabs. There was also a washing machine available in the room. The room was cleaned and fresh towels supplied every two days. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The area is very safe and very walkable to everything in the historic centre including metro, train & port. They also have an arrangement with a parking garage nearby if you rent a car for a cheaper rate. It's a nice and quite area. Definitely would recommend!

Had an issue with electricity going out on two consecutive days but they resolved it.

Room was very tiny. Bedroom door hadn’t room to close. Room ready late. No manual for stove/ washer. No drying rack for laundry. Items missing in kitchen. Towels to dry dishes, a sharp & bread knifes plus a small portion of oil, salt and pepper. Old food left in freezer Dishes - especially pots and the pasta strainer were extremely dirty. I ran them through the dishwasher before I was willing to use them. Cleaning staff twice entered the room when Do Not Disturb sign was out. During one of these intrusions the cleaners tossed out a bag of my things which were by the door - most likely believing they were trash. The other time one of my suitcases was open on the floor ( as I wasn’t expecting my room to be disturbed). It appears that the floor was mopped as dirty water entered my open suitcase. I had to wash many of my clothes. One white expensive shirt was destroyed. I wasn’t expecting people in my room. If they had respected the Do Not disturb signs these things wouldn’t have happened. It also made it obvious that clean water wasn’t being used to clean the floor. Cleaners seemed lovely, perhaps poorly trained? Kitchen sink leaked from day 1 of 3 and was not fixed during our stay. I had to put a pot under it and dry under the sink after use. We were offered a move to an inferior room. The coffee maker was broken beyond repair but was not replaced. Coffee is very important to me. AC temp is controlled by hotel. Airport shuttle for early flight arranged by hotel never came.

Place is located at the historic area and quiet for a good night's rest. It is near to Alcazaba and the tower of Gibralfaro. We find the place very clean. The check in process is online and instruction to enter the property after hours is clear. The staff is very attentive and response to chosen communication is quick. We will definitely stay again when visiting Malaga in the future.
