Amazing beachside vibe at the hotel Garbi and Spa. The amenities were excellent, the pools were awesome, the room service was great, the beachside restaurant delivered amazing meals, and the bartenders whipped up delicious cocktails all day - and all night - long. Conveniently located to great shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. Fantastic place to stay if you’re ever in Playa d’En Bossa, Ibiza!

Rooms were very small and basic, not at all what was represented or expected of a luxury resort. When we spoke to staff about upgrade, they said this was “standard” for Ibiza. There were also no umbrellas or chairs for guests on the actual beach. The only reason for more than 1 star was the breakfast, which was consistently above average and had excellent service.

The staff was terribly rude, the Manager in the day was absolutely mannerless and did not know how to treat guests. Very disrespectful and barged into my room multiple times and started yelling at me. I was a solo girl travelling and was treated extremely terribly for a mere issue of late checkout, which I was ready to pay extra for. Was threatened by the manager. Unacceptable behavior from a so called ‘4.5 star Hotel.’ They should be reported to the authorities.
