Four Points Flex by Sheraton Osaka Shinsaibashi

Everything’s great, missing coin laundry which is very useful for travelling light in Japan. But eveything else is amazing. The bed was comfortable. I woul only suggest to make the TV’s streaming compatible.

Great location right next to shops, restaurants, and convenience stores, which made exploring Osaka very easy. The staff was always respectful and helpful. A few interactions came across a little blunt, but everyone was still polite and professional overall. The hotel had nice amenities on the first floor and a free coffee machine in the lobby, which we appreciated every day. The room itself was extremely tight with almost no storage space, so it was difficult to organize luggage. The outlets were also limited. The bathroom shower head is fixed aiming outward and cannot be adjusted, so water tends to spill outside the shower area. The bidet seat also did not have warm water. They were kind enough to provide extra towels when we asked, which helped. Overall, a convenient stay mainly because of the excellent location and amenities, but the rooms could be more functional and comfortable for longer stays.

Clean room, i like how they have the washer and dryer , few steps away to restaurants / malls , dotonbori and shinsaibashi

Perfect location within the Shinsaibashi area with lots of shopping, food, steps away from the subway/metro. We usually stay at another hotels around this area and was very happy to have found this new refurbished little hotel in the middle of it all. Definitely would be back!

Walkable distance from a lot of shopping malls and donong areas as well as train stations. Staff were very friendly. Its a great place if youst there to shower/sleep seeing that the rooms are fairly smaller.
