The location is good but the quality of the hotel is horrible. There’s a heavy damp/weird smell in the room. The rooms are supposed to be non smoking but there’s still cigarette smell. Everything there is worn out.

Location is excellent, however there is much to be desired in terms of cleanliness. I don't mind that the room is small even for Asians, because this is an expensive part of town, but the bathroom ventilation is pretty bad and the toilet deodorizer ironically emits a smell of urine whenever it runs, so that was quite traumatic. Staff were polite in terms of being helpful and giving us guidance for using luggage porter service.

We stayed for 2 nights and the room is infested with mold. The room looked like it hadn’t seen good days. The back of the fridge was full of dust. The owner/management needs to do a full cleaning on all rooms.
