Flashback to 80s, or even maybe 70s Japan. Very interesting experience. Wish new hotels had modern versions of all the gadgets that were in the room. Apparently, the room allowed smoke, but the smell was not too strong even for a non-smoker (though I wouldn't stay more than one night). Overall good place for a short stay especially if traveling for business.

Great little hotel, centrally located. About a 15 minute walks from central shops and attractions. Although the rooms are smaller than European hotels, it was so manageable. I think this hotel offers great value for where you are.

It's a cheap hotel and the beds were not that comfortable but overall it wasn't to bad

Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are kinda small though. Breakfast is ok, but the iced coffee machine is not iced at all, it is hot lol.

Fairly dated hotel, small room with a moldy smell. Staff were extremely polite and helpful, with many fluent in diverse languages. Location is very very good for the price, and worth the short walk to Shinjuku.
