Found this at a reasonable price while during peak tourist season. Honestly not a bad offering and not too far off from Shinjuku. Location was quiet and yet close enough to the metro for access to not be much of a problem. Trust me, you don’t really wanna be right in Kabukicho during peak tourist season… it’s gets pretty crazy.
Everything including the facilities are really basic here. Well maintained, but basic. Don’t expect anything fancy, just another business hotel. That said—great budget option.

Location is great for convenient bus and subway stations. 15 minutes from Shinjuku.
Plenty of eating and convenience stores around too.
Room was clean and had good facilities. The staff, though not required for us as much due to self check in, were very helpful when needing to access laundry facilities.
Room was very tight with space for two people above 6ft and two suitcases. Certainly manageable as we were able to get comfortable, but is definitely something to consider if booking here.
Otherwise great stay as it was just a room to sleep and store things in for us. Would recommend

When I 1st got there the tv wasn’t working properly but when I spoke to the reception they fixed it that day when I was out staff are very helpful and they clean your room everyday as long as you put the sign on the door loved my stay there would defo go back 😁👍

The room inside was way too small than I expected, the quality is not great as the coat rack was about to fall off and I decided to not ask the staff for help given how much time it’s going get the room to remodel but overall I love the area of Tokyo just this hotel room is bad but the staff is nice
