The staffs are friendly. Clean. We don’t like the coldness of the food. The warm and eatable food only omelette. The hotel serves cold food. Not warm enough

The property was beautiful. Our rooms were great, as expected from Santika. The entire property was very clean and neat. They did have a protocal for Covid,and, they were very clear in the restrictions and enforcement. The breakfast buffet was "amazing" according to my daughters. All Indonesian food, but well made. Highly recommend

Given the name with a status Premiere, it does not reflect the excellence service they should have. Check-in was very slow, the alley in the floor had a bad odor of some kind of formaldehyde emission which is bothering as I stayed with my 6-month son. Bellboy was only 1 person so moving things around is really really slow when you checked-in with a lot of baggage.

Very bad isolation in rooms. Staff fixed something outside in corridor from 20pm until 3am ! It was impossible to sleep, especially for small baby, always noisy and load talking people. Even after complaints to management they still not stop ! The most terrible experience in this hotel. No respect to their customers.

Overall experience was good as it was near to the places I needed to visit. However due to the fasting season, we were unable to dine at the only restaurant at the hotel as it was fully booked to host a dinner event, leaving tourist like me stranded.

Like- bfast spread. Dislike- corner of bed very likely to cause shin injury when walking past it. Dislike- head position on bed is under an overhead building beam which is "pantang" for many Asians.
