Giid clean room, always checks up on guest and friendly staff.

Clean rooms great and efficient helpful staff. Only issue we had was with the swimming pool, which showed more like a wooded creek.

The hotel is well maintained, modern, and very comfortable. The bathroom is beautiful, and the bed was great. Breakfast was pleasant—the overall breakfast crew were very attentive and accommodating, and the addition of the egg station was a great touch. I did miss having regular bacon with my eggs, and the fruit seemed a little old on the day I had it. The only downside for me was the location—it’s a bit far from where I needed to go, although it’s conveniently next to a shopping mall. That said, Pondok Indah Mall is still my top go-to mall in Jakarta. Overall, it was a great stay, just slightly too far for my preference.

Good service

Overall was great. The staffs pleasure to deal with. Just a reminder for a 5 star hotel to keep up the room/bathroom maintenance so everything stays nice, tidy, clean, and doesn’t wear out easily thats important thing. As a 5 star hotel, please maintain consistent air-conditioning throughout the building. The hallway near our room was quite warm at times as were a few other areas

Staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful at all times

We stayed in a king suite room and it was wonderful! The staff are very attentive and kind. One of the waitstaff at breakfast, Annisa, was very sweet and kind to my family! She always asked if we needed anything and brought out special dish not on the menu. We will be back for sure! Thank you for everything! Our stay was beyond wonderful.

Very good hotel. Mall entrance is from inside the lobby by the coffee shop at the lobby not very far is about 25 minutes. Dr. to the airport extended my day one hour which is very kind of them very clean. New hotel mall is very nice. has everything people who check in and check me out are very kind people his name is hanif , Nadia and garland were very nice and gave me great service.

The quality of the staff is excellent. All staff whether new or old are extremely kind and helpful. The rooms are super clean. The food is good and it is located close to a mall!
