We had a great experience! The room was spacious, clean, and had no unpleasant smell. I was also pleasantly surprised that guests could use the refrigerator without any extra charge.

The Horseshoe was terribly understaffed. There was one person checking in guests and one person checking out guests with a long line both times. There was also one person at the cash cage and the services at the restaurants overall was poor. The staff was overall nice. But no one acknowledged the lack of staff or slow service.

Jeff at check in was great. There were three of us checking in with our group. He was able to get us all on the same floor in the same tower. Room was nice and comfortable. Loved the lighted vanity in our studio suite. We had dinner one night at the steak house and it was delicious. We rented cabana day bed at the pool one of the days. It was nice. Pool was clean and cool. Wait service could use a little work. Service was not on point. I had to go up to the bar to order drinks since she had not come around in quite a while. The pool was not busy so it was not due to being short staffed. We will stay again at the horseshoe for our next trip. Great centrally located.
