The hotel was dated. I shared a connecting door with another room and they were trying to get into my room shaking the handle and knocking on the door. I asked why are you knocking and trying to get into my room! and they wouldn't answer and this happened 2 times while I was in the room. I immediately tried using the phone to call the front desk, concierge and emergency and got a recording. I was terrified thank god I wasn't alone and my husband was there, The last time we immediately went down to the front desk and they brushed it off like this occurs often. I eventually was given a room change which was a inconvenience, but our safety was more important.
