The perfect hotel stay- gorgeous rooms (and property), super clean, perfect bed and bedding, staff were very helpful and friendly Delicious breakfast. Location is great for exploring Palma.

We loved the room, it was clean and well equipped. Breakfast every morning was amazing, with a cold “buffet” bar and hot food available made fresh to order. But the staff went above and beyond, even before we arrived. I needed a disposable taxi service which they helped organise, along with other restaurant recommendations. Their attention to detail during the stay was also amazing. Highly HIGHLY recommend Calatrava!

Beautiful room with great view, amazing staff that were very receptive and helpful, and stellar housekeeping/hospitality. Difficult for taxi to get to due to the location but staff was very helpful with calling the taxi when we were heading to airport.

We got the so called best room in this hotel and it was very overpriced for what it was and in all honestly its not a hotel that can be considered luxurious. Parking situation is horrible here. Its a small hotel with no gym or pool in a beat up neighborhood. Also the “seaview” isnt the greatest. There are significantly better hotels for this price range.

Beautiful hotel with super nice staff. No pool, but a nice view from the eating Terrace which also has a few couches. Unfortunately the sun is beating on them in the afternoon. Great location.. fantastic breakfast.
