තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

The hotel is very nice and clean. Staffs are very friendly. Only thing that I was disappointed was there is no refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. They provide hot water in the lobby. Free parking spots are available but limited.

There was no fun in the room. There was no bottle of water. You couldn't call room service to change the sheets. They have to go downstairs and bring it upstairs and change it ourselves. I went downstairs at 12:00 a.m. because I had couldn't sleep to have a beer and I asked him to charge it to my room and they said they do not do that and I had to come back to the room and get my credit card. I don't want to go back because my husband was sleep and I don't want to disturb him but I found that odd that they cannot charge a beer in your room. Even though I was sitting in the lobby and I told them I'm hungry stuff did not care. They went back and forth to the fridge getting all the beverages they wanted in potato chips and Etc for themselves and giggling and laughing which was another low type of hospitality. I was the manager I would offer my guest a beer and a potato chips for example and I would ask them to pay within checkout. That is hospitality

The air conditioning not working. In room feeling hot, so we have to open the window sometime. When we eat something after, we bin the bag or beer tins will come up more ant. Even room service cleaned the room after, they are still walking around the garbage can.

This was a solid hotel choice for a night on our 2-week vacation. We stayed during one of the hotest nights of the year and it was a bit warm on the top floor and they didn't have any fan options to help cool it down. Other than that it was a convenient stopping point for us and the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.

The staff was exceptional. They were very friendly and helpful. The entire place was exceptionally clean. The beds were very comfortable.

We were uncomfortable at this hotel at all feel very worrying with customers there 😕 😐

Rooms are clean and I had a room withba view of the city which was great
