Property is clean. Located in front of a big mall and alot of dining options at the hotel and around the hotel. Crowne Plaza Hotels are a hit or huge miss. This one was one of the more decent ones. Buffet is good but room service was not good. Staff are nice. But the most important thing to me is whether the rooms are clean. The rooms are clean here. Jose the manager is the one you want to look for if you can only speak English.

I was disappointed with the pool. It should be advertised as a kiddy pool because it is not deep enough to swim in. The room was great. The breakfast buffet was good, but overpriced. Location to shopping and the subway is excellent
