Room was clean , good facilities , but staff is not helpful , did not bring us welcome drink as promised . Lacking Hotel security measure such as key fob ( card ) wasn’t needed when going up to the room floors .

The hotel and the room were amazing. Absolutely loved it. Clean and comfortable and perfect in every way. Everyone was help and friendly. Underground mall right next door. The hotel restaurant was terrific.

Sensational facility and unparallel decor with modern, luxurious Japanese like simplicity. No American or European Hotel can match the room size and impeccable amenities.
