Novotel Valencia Lavant

Stayed for x3 nights. First night was not great with the seal on the window perished so we heard every car throughout the night. Busy road out the front. Changed rooms as a result. Lovely pool area but not enough seating resulting in queueing and people putting towels down to reserve sun loungers and then disappearing for 3+ hours. Needs regulating. Whilst the hotel is next to a metro line, it is a good 30 minute walk into the town centre and 40 minutes to the beach by metro, tram and foot. Breakfast average too.

The customer service was exceptional. The team assisted as necessary and provided useful tips.

Room small but clean, very slow check in, staff rather disinterested. Area outside the hotel absolutely stinks of sewers. Well located next to metro. Pool very small and not that clean.

Beware! A nice hotel but staff is anything but helpful. More interested in talking to each other than looking after guests. My recommendation is to avoid this hotel.

The room was cleaned every day, and I really appreciated the hard work of the housekeeping staff. They did an excellent job keeping everything tidy and replacing the towels daily. Unfortunately, the pool area was far too crowded. It was almost impossible to find a sunbed, and the pool water didn't seem very clean because of the number of people using it. The pool itself also felt more like a small splash pool than somewhere you could properly swim and relax. There were also several couples behaving inappropriately with excessive public displays of affection, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable at times. In addition, children were constantly running, jumping, and splashing in the pool, making it difficult to enjoy a peaceful experience. Overall, while the housekeeping was excellent, the pool area was disappointing and didn't provide the relaxing environment we were hoping for. At times, it felt as though the hotel would be better suited as either an adults-only resort or by having separate adults-only areas.This version keeps your main points while making the review clearer, more professional, and easier to read.

Great breakfast and pool. Excellent access to parking and old town. Housekeeping not thorough with towels and soap.

Lovely staff, great location & pool was a highlight even though it can get busy. Good breakfast & nice gym. Room was on the small side but fine for a few days.

Really good kinda of self serve hotel. Clean and roomy rooms. About 20 minutes walk to Sagrada Familia. 5 minutes walk from the Metro.
