Check in was slow, had the feeling there was a problem with my reservation, like my room wasn’t available even though I had pre-paid. Took a while but they finally got me into a room.

Very impressive location right at BC Place Friendly welcoming. But the service at the room was not satisfying. We asked for several things ( the room was booked for a wedding stay) and did not receive attendance for this special occasion. It was frustrating.
