Surprisingly quiet, older established hotel that has some minor upgrades needed but it was a very nice stay for the price.... other hotels in the downtown area of similar ratibgs were double the price. I will stay there again if prices are reasonable.

Clean property, nice staff, but the rooms are very dated! They need better lighting in the rooms and hallway. However the location is excellent!

We stayed at this hotel for one night after our cruise trip. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel was in the middle of everything so it was very to get around town. There’s a restaurant connected to the hotel, but it’s not part of the hotel. We went there for breakfast and lunch.

The location is excellent. Room is spacious with comfortable bed. The guest services people were very helpful, in a no-fuss sort of way. Low key but Efficient. Had umbrellas for guests when raining.

Perfect stay! Everything went well, room spacious and super clean! Excellent views and super close to everything in downtown. Perfect for a pre-cruise stay.

Admittedly, I didn't use any of the amenities so I could only mark them as 'good'. I stayed at Rosedale on Robson on business. This was my first time staying at this hotel. Everything about it was great - comfortable, spacious, amazing views. I'll be sure to stay here again if my travels return to Vancouver.
