Hard bed, so even when my husband toss and turn, I can feel the movement and my sleep was disturbed. First few days, shower toilet was choked everytime we shower and have to wait for water to slowly drained off, but after I feedbacked this to the chamber maid, she immediately got someone to fix it, and it was perfect draining off thereafter. Should have feedback about this from the start. Chamber maid who did my room 702 was very good and responsible. Breakfast was basic, not fantastic but enough for start of the day and it came free with the room

The best thing for this hotel is location. The airport Bus 21 drops you off just a few meters from Hotel. The Hotel is on very busy street with everything you need to explore Hong Kong Few Minutes away (walkable distant) from the Metro Stations One thing I need to mention breakfast is not good
