Art&Coffee

It was a wonderful stay. The host was attentive. There is everything you need: an equipped kitchen, a washing machine, the room is very comfortable! Many thanks to the host!

Very central location in an old building, room 2 is spacious, AC is turned off at night but there’s a floor fan, towels are too used and hard, toilet is shared, but the guest right next to it used it anyways when it’s not theirs to use. No breakfast now only a coffee machine. Host was friendly and explained everything at check-in, it’s good for a couple of nights.

The location of this property was excellent. Only a 4 minute walk to the Arena, 2 minutes to Juliettes balcony and minutes from plenty of shopping and dining. There is a small elevator, which doesn't hold more than 2 people and 2 suitcases. No big deal, as it's great that it even exists. Lighting is a bit of an issue in the hallways; the light switch was not clearly marked (or we are blind?), but once we figured out where it was, it was helpful. We opted for 2 rooms with a shared bath. Assuming we would be the only ones with access to the bathroom that says it is shared between 2 rooms was a bad assumption; anyone and everyone had access to the bathroom, even though they had their own bathrooms. That was quite frustrating and the wording should certainly be addressed. The rooms themselves were spacious with large furnishings and mirrors. The beds were not comfortable. One of the rooms had a bed so uncomfortable that we could barely sleep. It felt like the bottom 9 inches of the mattress was completely solid, while the middle of the mattress felt like there was a bar going through it. This seemed more like a sofa bed mattress than a bed mattress. The other room wasn't quite as uncomfortable, but was not great. Probably the worst part is that someone smoked out on the balcony and the smell came through the vents into the rooms. The smell was so strong that we had to close the vents and open the windows to air it out.

This room was very spacious and the staff was helpful but we noticed the bedding smelled, which made it hard for us to sleep. We also had a hard time finding the proper place to go in the beginning but luckily someone was there to help us.

Didn’t deserve breakfast. Washroom at end of hall was less than ideal. No hand soap or towel for community bathroom so had to remember to carry. A hand pump soap dispenser and hand towel are suggested. Very clean. Great location

Nice and clean room. The host was easy to contact. Shared bathrooms, but they was in good shape. Best thing about the place was the location. It was close to everything in the old part of Verona.

Excelente ubicacion y habitacion amplia, baño compartido bastante viejo y no tan limpio , el desayuno no vale para nada la pena , el aire acondicionado te lo ponen en 25 grados y no puedes dormir con las ventanas abiertas ya que es un primer piso y se escucha el ruido de la calle

Location is amazing, host was very accommodating. Bed was comfortable! Price was great! Breakfast was not as pictured. We just went out for breakfast instead. The place is surface clean, could use a deep clean though.

We stayed one night at Art & Coffee in Verona. It was the perfect location for the short time we were there. The amenities at the b & b were great and check in was contactless.
