The reception staff were welcoming and the rooms were clean. The laundry in the basement was clean and the machines are controlled by an app which took a bit to get used to but worked ok.

The staff on reception were extremely helpful. It was an ideal place for our dog as there is a very secure garden. The car park is excellent so long as you do not have a roof box but there is plenty of parking on the streets nearby.

Awesome hotel, spacious with kitchenette and balcony, great value for money. Free snacks and water were a welcome bonus as we didn’t have to worry about buying water before going out. They let us check in 2 hours early for free (as they already had the room ready). They let us store our luggage following checkout. Free drip coffee was also very welcome, as a Canadian travelling abroad (though this would apply to Americans too), I had really begun to miss American coffee. Very kind staff, complimentary cookies upon checkout.

This was a business trip, and while the prices were high during peak time, the room condition and cleanliness was very satisfactory. Location is convenient, and we used the hotel parking that helped a lot with our rental car. Breakfast is fresh with nice choices. Overall very happy with the hotel.

Good comfy room and beds with clean shower room. Note no room servicing unless paid for. Balcony was filthy and very smoky. Good breakfast with great staff.

The breakfast was absolutely worth the purchase, and super helpful when in a rush to the airport. Clean rooms with spacious beds. Parking is on sight and easy to access via your hotel keycard. Walkable distance to small restaurants and date night activities.
