This hotel was an excellent place to visit in Seville. Every amenity was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. You can’t go wrong.

O apoio do staff foi muito bom, muito simpáticos e prestativos. Os equipamentos no quarto estavam um pouco danificados, inclusive com algum perigo para as crianças que ficaram no beliche.

A lovely experience - the staff were courteous and the modern room was very clean. The breakfast which cost a little extra was delicious and the parking for a little extra was very secure.

I lost my passport in the taxi between the airport and the hotel, the staff just got me checked in and then contacted the taxi company and the driver drove back with my passport. I booked the driver for the run to the airport the next day and paid him the fare for bringing back my passport. If it wasnt for the hotel staff my holiday would have been over then and there
