Such a lovely hotel, fab area super close to shops and restaurants but on a quiet pretty road. Beautiful room the bath was fab and everything was super clean. The staff were amazing super welcoming & helpful. The only thing is the balcony’s could be separated a bit better, maybe a screen. Loved the rituals products in the bathroom. Was a perfect home from home I will definitely stay here again. Ohh my fave part was the cat that lives there and the trees and view from the balcony was super peaceful. Oh and my bed was sooo comfy and my room was beautifully decorated.

hello, i’m an 18 year old travelling with my boyfriend to Amsterdam for the first time and this hotel was fantastic, the staff were so friendly and kind, the location of this hotel is amazing as it is right next to the tram line which enabled us to go anywhere in Amsterdam and the hotel was in a nice quiet area
,there is also a hotel cat which was super cute to sit in the garden with. I cant wait to stay here again!!!!.

The staff was nice and the hotel is well situated if you want to go to the museums.
The rooms are very small and no where to put clothes but the beds are comfortable and clean.
We did not have breakfast open but there are a lot of restaurants close by.

Muse hotel
Registration was pleasant (Tycho)
No USB charger port in the room. I had emailed from home to inquire and they said “of course we have chargers in the room”. I had to purchase a converter, which they had at front desk.
Bathroom: not enough towels (only 1 towel per person, no hand towels or wash cloths), tub is slippery and hard to enter, half a shower door, ceiling is moldy (no ventilation)
Overpriced (I booked ahead of time and the current advertised price is ⅓ less)
No drinking glasses in room.
Cable TV doesn't get many channels…desk clerk stated that not every room gets the same channels!?

We stayed at the Muse for two nights and really enjoyed the staff and the room. The room was small but able to accommodate two persons nicely and we had a room with a balcony so I sat out there in the evening and morning. The front desk staff were so helpful and were able to refer us to some very good restaurants. The muse is within walking distance to the museums and the trams and buses stopped nearby. I would definitely recommend The Muse if you want a place that is clean, helpful staff and the walk ability to multiple museums.

Front desk staff was not friendly at all. Housekeeping was minimal. Coffee service wasn't replenished. Towels were only halfway replaced. Location was good for museums, but far away from everything else.
Room was spacious and decor was nice.
