Novotel Madrid Feria and Airport

A pesar de no estar en el centro de Madrid estaba cerca del aeropuerto , de un corte inglés y un vencindario tranquilo. Y el lugar súper moderno y cómodo.

Good place and breakfast available. I stayed for 2 nights, they didn’t clean my room the second day.

Friendly staff who were accommodating

We received a room which had black mold all around the windows and the wall behind the curtain (Plaza building). When complained, they gave us a new room right away, however again with mold. After this they offered us refreshments in the bar on the house which was a nice gesture. Unfortunately it was followed by a long waiting time before they ensured us they had a look and the 3rd room should be fine. It wasn’t. It did not have as much mold as the other two, but it was still unacceptable. We took our things and were ready to leave, when they told us we should have a look at one last room in the second building (Deluxe Building) that should have been recently renovated. This was finally true, so we stayed but the impression was already ruined. Never once did they formally apologize…the hotel is undergoing renovations which was also not mentioned during the booking so you are walking around closed off areas and workers the whole time. Pictures of the rooms are the same for Plaza as well as Deluxe building, however they were taken in the renovated deluxe building, so be careful when booking.

Perfect location. Breakfast was very good

Cracked bathroom tiles, shelf falling off the wall. Dated and tired, especially for the price. Avoid.
