While the room was spacious and somewhat clean. The staff were not exactly helpful. I had paid for on site for an extension but they disabled my card despite paying for the extension. The bathroom had no toiletries tray and the towels were musky.

All is good, clean room, great location with lots of food choices. Only issue is that the pillow remains uncomfortable even after 2 years and numerous feedbacks. It’s too high and for sure cause stiff neck after a night sleep. This is something which is crucial and hope the management really look at it seriously. They shld provide alternatives.

Surprisingly a large hotel with free parking lot within Mt Austin. Room was clean,quiet and spacious. All was ok except for 1 thing; The pillow was very uncomfortable for me due to its too thick such that I had to use folded bath towel to replace it as a “pillow . buffetfood

Rooms were clean n spacious. Breakfast was decent with variety. One pro n also con was that there was a carpark nearby where fireworks were set off. One of the rooms could see the fireworks so that was lovely but at same time cos it was v loud, had difficulty sleeping. The other room faced a different side so no such concerns. Overall, a pleasant stay.
