Havona Boutique Hotel at Mount Austin

තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

System is very bad, no locker no freezer no face tissue if bathroom door is open poop smell comes my request. Nobody can stay there.

All is gd except tv colour was spoilt

Room is very small, walls are not sound proof. No water heater for drinks or Maggi. Only comfort are the bed is OK and toilet is quite spacious, aircon is cold enough

For the price, can’t really complain much. But just wanted to highlight that there was ongoing major renovation during our stay there, and it was noisy even on the weekends. Toilet especially the shower area was moldy.

The check in process was effortless and it was effortless. Snacks and water dispensers around the hotel made it convenient. But there's not much to do around the area.

Value for money and good for this price. Generally neat and clean. Space is ok. There is no hand-soap, small hand towel, and bathroom floor towel. Having these details would make the experience much better. Note that the hotel itself does not have its own carpark or any free parking around. There is street parking outside the hotel which needs to be paid.

The bedsheets, pillow sheets and towels have stains. The room also has an odour. Parking is NOT free (despite hotel stating its free) and you have to download the msia app and pay yourself. The toilet was also poorly ventilated. We have to checkin using machine outside the hotel. When we approach staff as we have issues with the booking reference after some time, she just give us a number to use the check in machine which is outside of the hotel. She could have just helped process our booking instead. There were many speeding motorists racing around the hotel area at night. However the hotel is well situated at Mount Austin and have good satay shop nearby.

Hotel is very basic

Stay is very basic. No Cable tv channels. Sound proofing is quite bad. Not recommended for light sleeper. Otherwise it is OK.

not soundproof can hear everything from next door and outside v clearly and there was a lizard in my room
