Overall, our stay was disappointing. The rooms were far too warm because there was no air conditioning, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. We also had a poor experience when the elevator to the parking garage was out of service. We asked for assistance getting our luggage to the car, but no help was available. Considering the price, we expected a much higher standard. The rooms were quite basic and did not offer good value for the money. Unfortunately, we do not feel the hotel lives up to its price point.

Location Great for walking to sights or with U bhan very close for other sights and S bhan from airport to Potsdamer Platz . Close to Tempodrum music venue and city sights. Great Breakfast, Room perfect with fridge and Kettle, very comfy. Reception quick and efficient.

A fantastic hotel. Really comfortable with very friendly and helpful staff. Just beside the U Bann station so really easy access to anywhere in Berlin. Will stay here again the next time I’m in Berlin

The room was warm . When we asked the reception staff how we can rchange the air condition temperature she said the temperature of air condition set up by hotel. Room was warmer than outside . we could open the window little bit . There was no celling light , only few table lamp ..room was dark , I got headche

The room was clean and well maintained, although there was some noise from the neighbouring room at times. Housekeeping was provided upon request rather than automatically, but the room was always cleaned thoroughly and to a good standard. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was enjoyable. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the location was excellent, making it very convenient to travel to other parts of the city and nearby attractions. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would consider staying here again.

Clean rooms, we wish the air con could go slightly cooler ( or we just failed to figure it out). The breakfast was 10/10 regularly restocking things that were low and really inclusive. The beds were comfy and we had no noise disturbances. Staff were really helpful from start to finish, even once we had checked out they still helped us with bag storage and allowed us to use the hotel bar area. Really well connected for multiple underground stations so quick access to everywhere we wanted to be! We would 100% stay in this hotel again. The only room for improvement that we have is breakfast was so good, it would be nice for them to do evening dining too! Thank you for welcoming us!

We had a great stay, only the AC in the hotel had some issues and was not working properly, staff provided us with a fan, other than that, fabulous location and comfortable room
