My stay at the Mercure Hotel Berlin Wittenbergplatz was very pleasant. The hotel is extremely well located — just steps away from the U‑Bahn and surrounded by a great selection of restaurants, bars, and shops. The area feels lively and safe, which made moving around Berlin very easy. Overall, a solid choice for anyone wanting convenience and a good neighborhood atmosphere.

As far as medium level, European hotels go this one would probably be upper medium rooms were not elaborate, but, clean and the bar, breakfast area was excellent.

Good hotel in a decent location Nice breakfast with plenty of choice Luggage store available Check in is 3pm and if you try any earlier you will be met with an early check in charge or told to wait until 3pm, other than that it was a pleasant stay.

I stayed at the hotel for six nights and had a wonderful experience. The room faced the courtyard and was very quiet and light . The front desk staff were very helpful and the breakfast spread was very varied and delicious. The hotel is in an excellent, central location and is opposite the underground train. I can't think of any aspect of my stay that was less than wonderful.
