We stayed for a business trip so we didn't spend much time in the hotel. Though breakfast was included and we did eat it, there is not much "western" food. But there was plenty. Miso soup was great.

it is very convenient to hang around and go to famous spot. The hotel amenities, laundry and microwave are put in the the lobby, It takes time to wait for the elavator.

What's good: Friendly staff, nice traditional Japanese breakfast, nice location as it's near to tram station and the shopping street
What's bad: the room and toilet is so narrow which you can't even have enough space to open your luggage
