A basic hotel but a good value for the money and at a very good location, close to public transportation and restaurants and a walkable distance to the amazing Kumamoto Castle

We enjoyed our stay. Traditional Japanese breakfast came with the room. The bed was hard,but that typical for Japanese hotels. Facility had parking for our vehicle. Overall our stay was nice.

Really a nice place to live. Perfect location which is close to the tram station, shopping mall, kumamoto castle and shopping district. I love their breakfast buffet. It has a wide selection, healthy and tasty.

Pros: The location was very convenient and free breakfast was included.
Cons: Not clean, run down, could feel coils in the mattress.

Property was ok for two night stay. Rooms were larger than we have previously encountered in japan having stayed in 6 hotels over three weeks. The hotel is very close to tram stop and was 100yds from fanzone which was superb. Only negative is breakfast was terrible. Worst we have encountered at numerous hotels while in japan.

it’a close to shopping and dining area. Staff are helpful and nice. Hotel is basic no frills. No surprise no unexpected.
