AC Hotel by Marriott Puchong

තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

Simple but function, practical room setup.

The noise is terrible, I think the hotel is poorly insulated from sound, you can hear it quite clear outside people talking, waking by and other room door is closing. That is even worse if staying 8th floor, there was sounds from karaoke or party from the root top lounge, highly not recommended for travellers that light sleeping

Staff are friendly, but room a bit small

New and clean

Room was very clean, spacious, decent sized bathroom as well. The staff was very friendly and polite and even remembered me when I returned 2 weeks later. Will definitely come back here again.

1st time in My hotel guest have to pay carpark, and so troublesome to request a carpark receipt

The room are very small

Noticed this hotel was highly used for alternative services a lot. No soap in my bathroom. Lack of daily vacuuming. Some leaks and mold evident. Staff was very friendly though.

The customer service was okay. Friendly and helpful. The building facilities and amenities were basic but good. They have free parking for guests. In general the room wss clean but don't open the covers to see the beds and pillows. Our pillow had huge brown stains. There might have been mites too because we woke up itchy. There is no fridge available in the room. If you are short, good luck trying to hang your clothes. You are in no shortage of activities in the area. Major banks available, variety of food cuisines, pharmacies, massage parlours, etc are all a 5-10min walk away. Train station and IOI mall are just across the highway.
