We've returned here twice already, the place is truly amazing, a real back-to-nature experience. My kids absolutely love the huge pool, and the breakfast is delicious! We'll definitely be back again.

very convenient location, it’s located in a mall, few steps away from sunway lagoon, hawker food is right accross the hotel. plus all of the staff are very nice! they even gave my sun a balloon and chocolate since it was his birthday. thank you!

Everything is almost great. Rooms are nice and room facilities are complete according to your needs. It has Iron, hair blower and ironing board. The room not almost cleaned. Carpet has stains. In between room service cleaning, drinking glasses are not replaced, bathroom sink is not cleaned, refrigerator smells durian when opened, bidet is leaky. When I checked-in, the reception does not know about the Malaysian Tourisim Tax that is already included in your Klook booking. You have to pay other charges. Overall, staffs are exceptionally friendly and all of your needs will be given

cleanliness: 5 stars hotel location: next to sunway lagoon which is very convenient to us who want to go there because there got a private escalator that can directly reach at the lagoon surf beach. we can take the escalator to back to our resort too.

Very satisfied with the overall experience. The booking process was smooth and easy, and everything was well arranged. The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service throughout. Everything went according to plan with no issues. Definitely a convenient and reliable service, and I would happily book through Klook again.The location and overall convenience were also good. The hotel room was spacious. The water pressure was good. There's an ironing board inside the room However some spots, eg near the mirror area were a little dusty. There is also a park behind the hotel if you want to go for a walk/jog. Opposite the hotel, there are some convenience stores and Taj Curry house. Staff were friendly. Overall a good deal for the price paid.

Beautiful view & all the staffs are all super kind & helpful 🫶🏻 above my expectation. Not run down at all / bad like how it’s described on the reviews. Probably because they’ve improved. The lagoon pool doesn’t seem dirty and has no strange or bad smell as people previously mentioned. It’s seem to be well-maintained and clean. Becareful when bringing a child or make sure to put on mosquito repellant on your child in case. My room was facing the drain where the lake water was filtered.. not “garden view” 😅 but okay for the price as the room was quite spacious. Please keep improving as this hotel has really high potential to be like other 5 stars hotel. Breakfast was nice too. Will surely comeback ✨ cleanliness: all good breakfast: provided & nice breakfast with variety of food. but need to come early. I came late once & the cereal was a bit stale already, many breakfast food finished. transport access: free buggy service to the mines and back to hotel provided. Buggy driver baik 👍🏻✨

පහසුකම් විශිෂ්ටයි. කාමරයේ යකඩ තිබුණා. මිලත් හොඳයි. වැසිකිළියේ නිල් පාට ටිකක් අමුතුයි වගේ දැනෙනවා. අළු හෝ කළු පාට නම් තව ටිකක් හොඳයි.

arrived around 3.++ pm and check in was smooth. room cleanliness acceptable and aircond was good. wifi great. parking available chargeable. near eateries u can choose also. overall was a good stay.
